deadpool 2 (2018)

In the sequence of Ryan fighting the triads in Hong Kong, I worked on adding the Vancouver buildings, Hong Kong skylines and street signs in the background.

The next big scene we worked on is when Deadpool get blasted out of prison with Cable. This snow cliff shot was a big matte painting effort with some help from CG department due to the organic shapes of the rocks and the massive parallax. I started out by refining the layout of the cliff in 3D with quick projection as proof of concept which eventually finished up as DMP environment.
